When Dave meets a new client, it isn’t business as usual. He’s energised, inspired, and ready to do whatever it takes to achieve the best possible outcome.

In a past life, Dave anchored a breakfast radio show and hosted live stage performances on the world-famous Las Vegas Glitter Strip. He’s still a regular on Fox sports and Aurora TV as an MC of boxing, mixed martial arts, and Muay Thai kickboxing events. With almost three decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Dave knows how to keep people engaged and enthused – he is the consummate real estate agent and auctioneer.

From conducting thousands of auctions and training hundreds of real estate agents over the years, Dave analysed their behaviour and attitudes. He noticed a parallel between an agent’s approach to their career and success, and the dedication and drive that world champion fighters and other athletes possess.

The best agents and best athletes followed a special code, one that pushed them to the top.

Dave’s main role in life: raising his son. A family man at heart, Dave does everything he can to support his son to become a respectful, caring, resilient, compassionate, aware, curious, and honourable man. He believes in fostering both inner and outer strength while helping his family cultivate both inner and outer peace.
