Rez can directly apply his experience to a property. He can look at a house and understand the structure and foundations. For the rural environment, he knows the ins and outs from the water tanks/pump/bore systems all the way through to knowing the type of grass that is growing in the paddock and how it will affect the livestock the buyer intends to raise….

Rez has been living in the shire since 2001 and together with his partner (also a long-term local) has been raising his own family.
